Eligibility:

• Competition is open to homeowners only on land occupying a single title and is not available to occupants that are residing in a property under a rental agreement (unless explicit approval is provided by the homeowner) or a property managed by a body corporate and/or common area. Sameday Driveways Pty Ltd offer this competition prize with an understanding that entrants accept, understand, and acknowledge this clause. Sameday Driveways Pty Ltd accept no responsibility and there is no recourse available should the competition winner does not comply with this clause.

• Entrants must be at least 18 years or above to enter.

• Existing Driveway substrate must be concrete or asphalt and suitable for application of our coating system. Crushed rock, gravel, dirt or driveway structures that are not concrete or asphalt are not suitable and are not valid for entry.

• The competition is open to residents of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia within a 50km radius of Melbourne CBD.

• Employees and immediate family members of Sameday Driveways Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate.

Materials and Safety:

• All safety protocols will be followed during the application of materials in accordance with the product’s technical and safety data sheets. Entrants can refer to safety data sheets for more information upon request.

• The application of materials will be conducted only by Sameday Driveways Pty Ltd or their authorised representatives.

Colour Selection:

• Colour selection will be final and once the winner is announced and materials are allocated there will be no opportunities to adjust this selection.

Existing Driveway Approval:

• The existing driveway must be concrete, must be free from major cracking and be structurally stable.

• Once a winner has been drawn, a photo of the existing driveway must be provided via text message or the agreed method with the winner - in the appropriate photo resolution so that it is evaluated and approved as a suitable driveway for this competition.

• If the winner’s driveway is not suitable, a new winner will be drawn.

Structural Integrity Disclaimer:

• Sameday Driveways DECRADRIVE® coating system is a residential coating solution that is applied on top of an existing structural substrate and is not a replacement for a structural substrate. As such, it is understood by the entrant that Sameday Driveways Pty Ltd are not responsible for the structural integrity of the existing substrate.

Notification Method:

• Competition winner will be drawn at random using Wask.co, and notified via Instagram/Facebook on Monday 11 December 2023

• If the winner cannot be contacted within a period of 3 days, a new redraw will occur.

Prize Claim Period:

• Competition winner will have 3 business days from the announcement day to claim their prize via acknowledgement of direct message via their social media profile.

Driveway Coverage and Additional Costs (if applicable):

• The competition prize is for coverage of a Driveway up to a maximum placement area of no more than 50m2. Homeowners whom wish to enter the competition with a larger placement area than 50m2 can do so noting that any m2 Area above 50m2 will be charged at the companies uniform per m2 rate, of which will be advised post assessment, and the competition winner will have the opportunity to review the additional costs and reject their prize should they wish to do so. If this occurs, a redraw will occur and a new winner will be announced.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• A cleaning and maintenance procedural document will be supplied to the winning entrant which will outline recommended actions to ensure the coating solution is maintained accordingly.

Limited Liability Warranty:

• A limited liability product warranty will be offered for a specific duration and will outline all inclusions and exclusions and all matters relevant to appropriate dispute resolution under consumer law. The competition winner will receive this document when they are notified as the winner. The competition winner upon claiming their prize accepts and acknowledges the terms of the limited liability warranty in full without recourse.

Compliance with Social Media Platform Rules:

• Facebook and Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram; and thus release Facebook and Instagram from all liability in relation to this Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, or Instagram.
